$550.00 per week.
Weeks run from 1 PM on Saturday
to checkout by 8 AM the following Saturday.
$125 per night with a 2
night minimum.
There is a 3 night
minimum stay for weekends from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day at a cost of
$350.
No Smoking is allowed.
No pets allowed.
A fully refundable $100
security deposit is due with the deposit. If the renter has caused any unreasonable damage or if excessive
cleaning is required for the premises, the cost of such damage, loss and
repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. This will be fully refunded
within 2 weeks of checkout.
Linens are provided.
Towels and washcloths
are not provided.
